The Atmel AVR studio is used to download the compiled (hex file) into the microcontroller 
through the JTAG port. It can also be used for code debugging. The JTAGICE is connected 
between the PC USB port and the RC2200DB demo board JTAG connector (standard 10 pins 
connector) for programming / debugging. No extra cabling is needed.
