Comments on offline mbed environment

n-L15 is designed for UQFN48 devices, but these small-case devices are CAT1, CAT2 with small memories and are not supported from mbed libraries
re-targeting seems possible but not easy

stm32l1xx_hal_flash_ex.h contains the definition of the memory size for different STM32L1 models.
It is not easy to understand.
