Researching for an Electrical Cad to be used to design-integrate

Conclusion

At first sight: Proficad is low cost, Autocad Electrical supports 3D and is more mature, 
Solidworks Electrical is newer, trying to get part of the Autodesk market.
Autodesk, Solidworks seem to be expensive in both license-cost and time investment to learn.
